Okay, so maybe it didn’t break the internet… but my followers went CRAZY for this outfit when I shared it on Instagram two weeks ago I wore it for a night out with my West Village Athletic Club teammates, and got so many compliments – both online and in person. I love the combination of the slightly off-shoulder, oversized sweater with a more leggy look with these shorts – it’s sexy, but not in an obvious way. The shorts + tights + boots look is very of the moment too! And it’s not just for nights out. I’ve seen some very chic looks on the street during the day – there was one I saw just this weekend that I’d love to recreate! It was a tonal look, featuring brown shorts, brown tights and a flat suede over-the-knee boot. We’re even seeing a lot of sweater shorts and hot shorts this season – I don’t know if I’ll be trying those trends, but leather shorts I can get into! I need a little more length and structure, personally.
